When you create a Toelbox account, we may collect:

  • Workspace name

  • Conversation logs (if enabled by you)

When your customers interact with your AI Agent, we may process:

We never use your customer data to train any third-party model or for any purpose outside your workspace.

1.4 Third-Party Integrations

If you connect Toelbox with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other services, we may receive limited data such as:

  • Page or account IDs

  • Access tokens

  • Incoming messages

We only access the data required to operate the features you enable.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Operate and maintain the AI Agent platform

You may delete your workspace, agents, or data at any time from the dashboard.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information while your account remains active.

If you delete your account or workspace:

  • All associated data is permanently removed

  • Integration tokens and agent configurations are deleted

  • Conversation logs are erased unless you export them beforehand

5. Cookies & Tracking

Toelbox uses cookies for:

  • Authentication

  • Session security

  • Usage analytics

We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

6. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We only share data when:

  • You integrate with external services (Meta, Google, WhatsApp, etc.)

  • It is required for technical operation

  • It is required by law or official requests

We never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

8. Conversation Privacy (AI Agent)

  • Conversations processed by the AI models are used only to generate responses in real time.

  • Toelbox does not use your conversations to train AI models.

  • You may disable conversation logging at any time.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Significant changes will be communicated through email or in-app notifications.
